Step 1: After joining our Google group, enter it online at http://googlegroups.com. You’ll only be able to access this page if you have a Google account or email. You’ll see our group name listed.
Step 2: Next to our Google group, you’ll see your name on the right, along with an “Edit” button. Click the edit button. Now edit your display name; we ask if you can list your profession in parentheses after your name. (Note: There’s a bug in some browsers like Safari whereby once you add a long display name, the Edit button will disappear—so get it right the first time!)
